Mayfair Brass are a suave, modern pop-jazz-funk New Orleans style brass band that have performed at some of the world’s most iconic venues and exclusive events. Comprised of some of the UK’s finest musical talent, Mayfair Brass are equally at home performing for an intimate private dinner in St Tropez, playing a champagne reception at Harrods, leading a parade through the streets of London, as they are entertaining CEOs at a sold-out Wembley Stadium.
With their effortless sartorial style and world-class musicianship, their arrangements of commercial hits and classic New Orleans tunes by artists such as Pharrell Williams, Nat King Cole, Beyoncé, George Michael and Louis Armstrong bring exciting new energy to songs you know and love.
Members of the group can be seen performing live on stage with musical icons such as Olly Murs, Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, and Sir Tom Jones, as well as regular appearances at venues including Ronnie Scott’s and the Royal Albert Hall in London. Recent clients and events include Annabel’s (Mayfair, London), Harrods, Chopard, Courvoisier, SipSmith Gin, Saville Row, Brooks Brothers, Victoria Beckham, Buckingham Palace, H Beauty, Google, Spotify, Montreux Jazz Festival and Disney. Mayfair Brass are available to book for VIP corporate events, celebratory parades, private parties and champagne receptions.
Do I need to provide anything for the musicians?Although some bands will have their own specific riders we ask for the following to be provided by the client for all of our acts: Parking - Free parking for all band and crew vehicles. Where no free parking is available we ask for you to cover the costs. Parking will ideally be within easy access of the load in point. Refreshments - A substantial hot meal and drinks to be provided for all band and crew members when on site for over 3 hours. Where a hot meal isn't available we ask for a £15pp buyout fee to be paid in cash on arrival. Green room - A safe space for the band and crew to get changed, store equipment and relax in between sets during their stay at your event.
What is the booking/payment processs?Once you have chosen your perfect entertainment we will set up a profile for you on our booking system. Here you will find all the agreed event details, invoices and contract. We ask for the contract to be signed and the deposit to be recieved in order to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the event takes place via BACS. You will have access to the booking system throughout the whole process so if you need to check any event details or requirements all your info will be in one place.
I can't find what I am looking for on your website. Can you help me find a certain act?Yes! We have loads more artists available who aren't featured on our website so if you provide us with a brief we will find the perfect entertainment for your event. We can even create a bespoke new act to compliment a specific concept, we have everything needed to make your entertainment personal to you.
My wedding/event is taking place outside of the UK. Do your acts perform internationally?Every one of our acts perform all around the world. We will work closely alongside you to plan the logistics such as production, travel and accomodation to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
